Wedgo is a convenient service that helps destination photographers search for new clients. Potential clients, who are going to travel and look for a photographer, will see your offers here. The website also features requests from travelers who are planning their trip ahead of time and are looking to book a destination photo shoot.

By registering on the website www.wedgo.net (hereinafter - the website) you automatically accept the terms of this agreement. The agreement contains a description of the restrictions with which you agree by registering on this website. If you disagree with the terms of using the website, please do not view or read the content of the website and do not register on it.

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Wedgo collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users. This Privacy Policy applies to Wedgo and all episodes and products offered by Wedgo.

We collect personally identifiable information from users who provide it to us a voluntary basis to register or renew a membership, subscribe to a newsletter, complete a survey, enter a contest, submit photographs or articles for posting or review. We may use this information to contact you regarding the status of your membership, registration and orders placed, and to alert you to new information, products and services, events and other pertinent information. We understand that you may want to limit how you are contacted, and we have provided you with opt-out options below.

We will not disclose to third parties (that is, people and companies that are not affiliated with Wedgo) any individually identifying information, such as names, mailing addresses, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, and other personal information, except when specifically authorized by you to do so. Your contact information may also be provided to the extent necessary to comply with applicable laws or legal processes (such as subpoenas, or other legally binding requests), or to protect the rights or property of Wedgo. We will cooperate with all law enforcement authorities.

Please note that in the event you click on a link for an affiliate vendor or other company, this may take you to another site completely unrelated to Wedgo and that such activity will be subject that to that company's terms, conditions and their privacy policy. We encourage you to check the applicable privacy policy of such party when providing personally identifiable information to them.

You may at any time opt out of having your personal information used by us to send you promotional correspondence, newsletters, etc. by contacting us via e-mail or at the address provided in the "Contact Us" section.

We restrict access to personal information about you (including credit card and other payment information) to only those employees who need the information to provide you with your order, membership details or other request made by you.

By accessing or using WEDGO, you agree to be bound by all of the terms of this privacy policy as posted at the time of your access. 1. REGISTRATION AND ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE

Any professional photographer, videographer, wedding planner or stylist can sign up on Wedgo absolutely for free. If you have any problems with the sign up process, contact the  technical support service. After registration you can log in to your home page by using your login and password.

2. STORING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

The data entered during registration, with the exception of the name, is confidential and securely stored on Wedgo. The management undertakes not to release your personal information but is not responsible for wrongful acts of third parties (system failure, hacker’s attacks), which can result in data theft.

3. ADVERTISING YOUR COMPANY

3.1 Any registered professional can set a location they’re BASED in and destinations SERVED to promote their company, upload their portfolio and samples of destination photo collections for free.

3.2 To respond to private messages and public client requests a user has to upgrade to any of the provided paid plans. Paid plans also give a user priority in search results, a possibility to upload an extended portfolio, and other extra features.

3.3 Use SINGLE TRIP ANNOUNCEMENT to promote a shot trip up to 1-month long.

3.4 Use the annual subscription for BESED or PRO plans for unlimited promotion of several destinations throughout the year.

4. RESPONSIBILITIES OF A PROFESSIONAL

A professional agrees to:

4.1 Follow a code of ethics while communicating with others and publishing offers on the website.

4.2 Conduct themselves in a fair manner when competing with other registered prof on the website.

4.3 Post only real offers and observe the price minimum that was declared in the publication of the offer.

4.4 Update their offers, trip plans, countries, and availability calendar in a timely manner.

4.5 Never post spam messages or provide contact information outside a designated form.

4.6 Use english language for descriptions and titles of any works, photshoots and ect.

4.7 Always reply all inquires sent via private messages even if you can't do this job. 

5. MODERATION OF INFORMATION

5.1 The management reserves the right to edit offers that do not comply with or violate the rules described in this agreement with the prior notification of the user.

5.2 The management has the right to delete an account for repeated gross violation of the rules.

6. TERMS OF PAYMENT

6.1 To pay for any services on Wedgo, the user has to transfer money into his personal account via Paypal.

6.2 Should any difficulties with the payment arise, please contact technical support.

7. THE PORTFOLIO OF A PROFESSIONAL AND THE USE OF PHOTOS OR VIDEOS

7.1 A user agrees to upload only photos and videos that are relevant to the subject-matter of the website (a wedding, a romantic photo shoot or a destination event).

7.2 It is forbidden to upload pornographic or extremist photos.

7.3 It is forbidden to upload photos taken by other people.

7.4 Wedgo reserves the right to use any uploaded content to promote Wedgo services on Wedgo.net or any social media, such as Instagram, Facebook, and etc.

8. CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT

The management of the website reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement without any announcements. However, we would always send you a notification of any important changes.
